• This card remains the property of Expectation Group
• Only one discount will apply per transaction
• The Velvet Card cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion, concession or voucher unless otherwise stated
• Should your card be lost or stolen a replacement card will be issued at a fee of £5.00
• Expectation Group does not take any responsibility for any 3rd party venues participating in the loyalty scheme not offering the stated discount
• Should the cardholder have a problem which relates to a venue, the cardholder must approach the individua restaurant directly
• Damaged, defaced or photocopied cards will not be accepted
• Discounts apply to the system price
• All customers applying for the velvet card agree to communication via email from Expectation Group and any other company related to the Expectation Group
• All velvet cards must be re-activated annually
• Criteria for applicants applies: all applicants must either be resident or work within the E16 area or be an exhibitor of one of the shows listed - in which case a company name must be supplied
• The Velvet Card is only valid at those sites as shown on www.velvetcard.com
• Participating companies reserve the right to change Terms & Conditions at any time and change or withdraw the offer without notice
• All offers are subject to availability. The current offer gives 15% discount from all food & drink - however this offer cannot be used against The Sunday Lunch Experience at any Fox Bar & Restaurant
• The Velvet Card cannot be used against any event booked with Fox Events Co Ltd

• The Velvet Card has no cash value and is not a cheque guarantee, credit or debit card
• Only one velvet card per transaction may be used
• The Velvet Card must be produced upon transaction to qualify for discount
• Photocopies will not be accepted. All applicants who have lost or had their card stolen must reapply via www.velvetcard.com and their application will be considered for approval
• The Velvet Card remains the property of Expectation Group
• Your Velvet Card is personal to you and must not be given to other patrons of the venue, friends or family to use
• All velvet cards must be re-activated annually
• All Velvet Cards must be signed upon receipt. Cards will not be accepted at any venue unless signed
